• Scanned copy of all pages of International passport valid for minimum 1.5 years
• Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate

VISA REQUIREMENTS

• Citizens of countries that has Belarusian embassy in their country and are required to obtain visa before travelling to Belarus.
• Letter of visa support - To be provided by the employer
• Working permit documents from the employer
•  International passport valid for 1.5 years
• Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate
• Medical Insurance
• Ticket Reservation
• One passport photographs on white background.
• Financial documents

NOTE: Kindly check with the embassy as requirements and visa application procedure varies by nationality of the applicant. Citizens of countries that has no Belarusian embassy in their country and are required to obtain visa at the airport in Belarus must also travel with the above documents.

PAYMENT TERMS AND OPTIONS
TOTAL Fee: €2,000.00 (Two Thousand Euro) with the following breakdown:
First Instalment: € 300.00 (Three Hundred Euro) advance payment.
Second Instalment: 500 Euro - After receiving scanned copy of work permit
Third Instalment: After receiving visa: 1,200 Euro
Note: Citizens of countries that will apply for visa at the airport in Belarus must pay second and third Instalment together before we send the work permit and approval of visa support letter to them. Alternatively, this fee can be deposited in a joint account with us and released to us upon arrival in Belarus.
