VISA REQUIREMENTS
- International Passport minimum 2 years
- Invitation and Work permit documents from employer, guaranty letter, PPZ code (all from employer).
- Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate
- Medical Insurance for 1 year
- Ticket Reservation
- One passport photographs on white background.

NOTE: Kindly check with the embassy as requirements and visa application procedure varies by nationality of the applicant.
PAYMENT TERMS AND OPTIONS
TOTAL Fee: €1,000.00 (One Thousand Euro) with the following
breakdown:
First Instalment: € 300.00 (Three Hundred Euro) advance payment
Second Instalment: €200.00 (Two Hundred Euro) after working permit and PZZ
code is approved and a copy is scanned and sent to the applicant.
Third Instalment: €500.00 (Five Hundred Euro) after the visa is issued.
VISA SUPPORT
GITCCO can provide visa application support for candidates at a cost of €200 per candidate. This fee includes:
- The applicable visa fee payable to the Serbian Government; and
- GITCCO's online visa application submission and processing support service.
Candidates who require GITCCO to translate their academic documents will pay an additional €30 per page. In most cases, one page of an academic document is sufficient for the visa application.
Visa support will be provided only after the candidate has received their work permit documents, paid the second instalment, and paid the applicable visa support fee.
Important Notice: Visa issuance is solely at the discretion of the Serbian consular authorities and/or the relevant immigration or visa authority. Payment for visa support does not guarantee visa approval or issuance.
