HOW TO SUBMIT CV

  • Submit CVs only for the vacancies mentioned in the attached RRF.
  • CV Naming Format:
    • Europass CV: Europass_Full Name (as per Passport)_Position_ELGIT
    • Standard CV: CV_Full Name (as per Passport)_Position_ELGIT
    • "ELGIT" is your agency code and must be included at the end.
  • Candidate photo is mandatory and should be decent and professionally presented.
  • CVs must be updated with the latest employment information.
  • Please ensure the candidates posses all the required skills and experience (must have the minimum required years of experience) as given in the RRF.
  • Do not include the candidate's email address or phone number in the CV.
  • If a standard CV is submitted initially, a signed Europass CV will be required later during the AiPL (Approval in Principle Letter) application process.
  • All CVs must be in PDF format and should not exceed 2 MB.
  • If available, include the candidate's Pre-Departure and/or SkillPass certificates in the same PDF after the CV pages. Rename the file by adding "_With Predeparture" or "_With SkillPass" at the end.
  • If work sample images are required, include them in the same PDF after the CV and certificates.
  • Ensure job descriptions are clear, detailed, and highlight any special skills or expertise.
  • Please pre-screen candidates for their English communication skills and confidence before submission.
  • A SharePoint link will be shared later, and all future CVs and documents will be submitted through that platform.
  • All the candidates who shall be shortlisted for the interview, must agree and sign the Non-Circumvention Agreement and the copy of that shall be required to share with us , before we could put the candidate in the interview.


RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  1. The Requirement Requisition Form (RRF) will be shared with you.
  2. Submit suitable CVs based on the available vacancies.
  3. Pre-screening may be conducted where required.
  4. Shortlisted CVs will be forwarded to the client.
  5. If shortlisted for an interview, you will be notified and provided with the interview date, time, and meeting link.
  6. Candidates must join the interview on time, wait for their turn, and log in using their own full name.
  7. Candidates should attend the interview in a professional manner.
  8. Upon selection, please provide the candidate's passport bio-page to initiate the Employment Contract.
  9. The candidate must review, sign, and return the Employment Contract together with the required AiPL documents (the document checklist will be shared separately).
  10. The client will initiate the AiPL application. The applicable AiPL fee must be paid from your end using the payment link provided.
  11. Once the payment is completed, the payment confirmation must be shared with the employer.
  12. The employer will submit the AiPL application to Identità and await approval.
  13. After AiPL approval, we will provide the required documents for the visa application.
  14. The candidate must book a VFS appointment and submit the visa application.
  15. The candidate shall then await the visa decision.
