OCCUPATIONS, SALARY AND PERKS

OCCUPATION:

Eligibility: All nationalities
Job Location: Belgrade and other cities in Serbia
Salary (Monthly): From 500 Euro to 700 Euro
Schedule: 8 hours per day, six days a week.
Accommodation: Provided by the employer.
Food: One meal per day
Age: 18 to 60 years
Duration of Work Permit: Up to 1 year
Duration of Employment contract: 1 year
Processing Duration: 1 to 2 Months

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• International passport valid for 2 years
  
• Passport photograph (one white background)

VISA REQUIREMENTS

• International Passport with validity of minimum 1 year.
• Invitation and Work permit documents from employer, guaranty letter, PPZ code (all from employer).
• Police/Criminal Clearance Certificate
• Medical Insurance for 1 year
• One passport photographs on white background.

NOTE: GITCCO shall be responsible for online visa application while candidate shall submit their international passport to the designated Serbian embassy for sticker visa the visa is approved online. We will provide the candidate with the necessary approval document after payment is completed. 

PAYMENT TERMS AND OPTIONS

OPTION 1. - PAYMENT AFTER VISA
- This option is only for trusted partners that have worked with us in the past, new partners will not be considered under this option.

TOTAL Fee: €6,000.00 (Six Thousand Euro) - To be paid within 24hr working days after the visa is approved online and before the candidate go to the embassy for the stamping of the visa. Any other extra day(s) will attract a 100 Euro penalty fee.

PLEASE NOTE. - Partner/agent must:

1. Have a contract signed with the client and be in possession of the international passport of the candidates all through the processing period of the work permit and visa which might take between 1-3 months and sometimes more for candidates that are in the Asia.

2. ⁠ Accept a commitment fee of at least 500 Euro from the candidate to ensure that the candidate will be committed to the project and will not back out during the processing period. This fee should be with the partner agent all through the processing period. Or

3. ⁠ Have the entire fee in a joint account with the candidate before the commencement of the project.

4. ⁠ All the money must be released to GITCCO within 24 hours after the visa has been approved by the embassy. A proof of the approval will be sent to the agent. Failure to release the money will attract compulsory 100 Euro penalty per day.

5. Contract of Partners that fails to comply and make payment within 24 hours would be terminated.

OPTION 2. - PAYMENT BEFORE VISA
- This option is for direct client and non GITCCO partners that have NOT worked with us in the past.
TOTAL Fee: €6,000.00 (Six Thousand Euro) with the following breakdown: 

First Instalment: 1,000 Euro (One Thousand Euro) - This is required as a commitment fee that must be paid to GITCCO after we have issued the service contract to the candidate and before we commence the processing of the work permit and visa. If the visa is not granted, we would reapply for the visa, offer an alternative or make a refund according to the refund terms that will be detailed in the contract.

Second Instalment: 5,000 Euro (Five Thousand Euro) - This is expected to be in a joint account and be released to us within 24 hours after the visa is approved online and before the candidate proceed to the embassy for the sticker visa.

OPTION 3 - JOINT ACCOUNT IN ESTONIA
Come to our office in Tallinn, Estonia or send a trusted person or party to come and open a joint account with us and deposit all the money in a joint account. Release the money to us within 24 hours of online visa approval.

We can also allow for 60% initial deposit in a joint account and 40% within 24 hours of online visa approval. Failure to pay within 24 hours will attract 100 Euro penalty per day.

OPTION 4 - JOINT ACCOUNT ONLINE
Open an account on Bunq (An EU bank) https://www.bunq.com/

• Deposit the entire fee (6,000 Euro) in your account.

• Create a joint account and invite us.

• ⁠Deposit the fee in the joint account.

• ⁠The fee must be released to us within 24 hours upon online visa approval.

• ⁠If Bunq is not supported in your country, you can use any trusted person in Europe.

We can also allow for 60% initial deposit in a joint account and 40% within 24 hours of online visa approval. Failure to pay within 24 hours will attract 100 Euro penalty per day.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Send us an email with your international passport, passport photograph on white background and academic certificate - all in one file. 
2. We will send you the service contract for review and signing.
3. Once we receive the signed contract, we will send you the invoice for payment of the first instalment.
