🛠️ Detailed Job Responsibilities
-  Prepare walls, ceilings, and façades by cleaning, leveling, repairing, and applying bonding agents 
-  Mix plaster materials (cement, lime, gypsum) strictly according to technical specifications
-  Apply plaster manually or using plastering machines to achieve smooth, even, and durable finishes
-  Repair cracked or damaged plaster surfaces and restore them to standard
-  Install corner beads, reinforcing mesh, and profiles where required
-  Ensure all surfaces meet quality and finishing standards prior to painting or further work
-  Strictly follow occupational health and safety regulations
-  Maintain tools, equipment, and worksite cleanliness

⏰ Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00

-  Prepare façades by cleaning, leveling, and repairing surfaces 
-  Install exterior thermal insulation systems, including: Polystyrene, Mineral wool, Basalt wool.
-  Apply adhesive and mechanically fix insulation boards according to technical standards
-  Install reinforcing mesh, corner profiles, and base profiles
-  Apply base coats and decorative plaster finishes
-  Seal joints to ensure proper waterproofing and thermal efficiency
-  Work safely at height using scaffolding or lifting equipment
-  Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized worksite
-  Follow all site safety procedures and regulations

-  Install natural stone materials including marble, granite, limestone, travertine, etc.
-  Perform installations on floors, walls, façades, and decorative surfaces
-  Measure, cut, and shape stone using: Water-jet machines, Angle grinders, Tile saws
-  Prepare surfaces through leveling, waterproofing, and adhesive/mortar application
-  Align and secure stone according to technical drawings and quality standards
-  Perform grouting, polishing, sealing, and finishing works
-  Repair, restore, or replace damaged stone elements when required
-  Maintain tools, machinery, and workplace safety
