BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proof of savings or passive income (from pension, rent, investments, etc.)
  • Minimum funds: approx. €28,800 in your account
  • No employment in Spain (income must be from outside Spain)
  • Valid Passport (at least 1 year)
  • Private Health Insurance
  • Police Clearance Certificate
  • Medical Certificate
  • Completed Visa Application Form

Visa duration: 1 year (renewable for 2 years at a time)
After 5 years → Apply for Permanent Residence
Processing time – 1-3 months
