CARPENTER SHUTTERER

Number Of Personnels- 10 personnel
Location- Malta
Salary-  €1,700 Euro per month
Schedule: 8 hours per day. 5 days a week.
Accommodation: Provided by the employer
Medical Insurance: As per Maltese labour Law
Duration of Work Permit:  1 year renewable
Age Range: 25-35 years old
Minimum Experience: Must have at least 3 years of experience
Required Certifications: Any relevant certifications proving the skill
Others: All other terms and conditions are according to Maltese Labour Law.

Job Description:

  • Construct, assemble, and dismantle formwork (shuttering) for concrete structures.
  • Build formwork for slabs, beams, columns, foundations, stairs, and walls.
  • Interpret basic construction drawings and setting-out plans.
  • Measure, cut, and fix timber, plywood, or modular shuttering systems.
  • Ensure correct alignment, level, and dimensions before concrete pouring.
  • Install props, supports, and bracing to secure formwork.
  • Check formwork strength and stability to withstand concrete pressure.
  • Dismantle shuttering safely after concrete has set.
  • Repair and maintain formwork materials for reuse.
  • Coordinate with steel fixers and concrete teams on site
